Create Report

Overview The Create Report module in Creative Reporting allows users to analyze creative performance across ads, copy variations, headlines, landing pages, and campaigns. This feature helps teams identify: - Top-performing creatives - High-spending ads - Best converting creatives - Low-performing assets - CTR and ROAS trends - Creative fatigue indicators Creative reports combine visual asset previews with detailed KPI analysis for faster optimization decisions. Accessing Create Report Steps 1. Navigate to Creative Reporting 2. Click Create Report The Creative Reporting builder opens. Click Add metric 2. Select additional KPIs 3. Metrics are added to: - Creative cards - KPI table Removing Metrics Click the X icon beside any KPI chip to remove it from the report. Include Zero-Delivery Ads Enable this option to display creatives with: - No impressions - No spend - No delivery Useful for: - Troubleshooting inactive creatives - Reviewing unpublished ads - Identifying delivery issues Creative Cards Section Creative cards provide a visual summary of each asset. Each card may display: - Creative preview image/video - Ad name - Spend - Purchase value - CPA - ROAS - CTR Creative Performance Insights Creative cards help identify: - High ROAS creatives - Expensive low-converting ads - Strong CTR assets - Poor engagement creatives KPI Heatmap Table The Creative Metrics Overview table displays detailed performance data. Steps 1. Locate the metric headers in the KPI table 2. Check the box above the desired metric 3. The selected metric is automatically added to the creative cards section Example Selecting: - ROAS - Revenue - CTR (all) Will display those metrics directly on each creative card for quick performance comparison. Removing Metrics from Cards To remove a metric from the creative cards: 1. Uncheck the metric checkbox 2. The metric is removed from the card view automatically Switching Report Views The top-right view switcher changes report layout styles. Click Save 2. Enter report details if prompted 3. View Reports

Overview The View Reports page displays all saved Creative Reports in a card-based layout for quick access and management. Users can open, edit, or delete previously created reports from this section. Accessing View Reports To open the View Reports page: 1. Navigate to Creative Reporting 2. Click View Report The page displays all available creative reports. Report Cards Overview Each report is displayed as a card containing: - Report name - Report type/tag - Date range - Report category - Quick action menu Example report types include: - Top_performing - Report Opening a Report To open a report: 1. Locate the desired report card 2. Click the report card The selected creative report opens with all saved filters, metrics, and layouts. Report Actions Menu Each report card includes a three-dot action menu. Available actions: - Edit - Delete Editing a Report To edit an existing report: 1. Click the three-dot menu on the report card 2. Select Edit You can then modify: - Metrics - Filters - Date ranges - Grouping options - Layout view Deleting a Report To delete a report: 1. Click the three-dot menu 2. Select Delete The report will be permanently removed from the report list. Deleted reports cannot be recovered. Creating a New Report To create a new creative report from this page: 1. Click the Create button in the top-right corner 2. Configure your report settings 3. Organic Media

Overview The Organic Media section provides a centralized view of your organic social media performance across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Navigate to Creative Reporting 2. Click Organic Media The Organic Media dashboard opens with social analytics and post performance insights. Time Range Filters You can quickly filter data using predefined date ranges. Available options include: - Last 30 days - Last 60 days - Last 90 days - Last 6 months - Last 1 year Selected filters update all analytics and post data displayed on the page. Social Analytics Cards The top section displays social platform performance cards. Examples include: - Facebook Followers - Facebook Likes - Instagram Followers - Instagram Following Each card displays: - Current totals - Growth numbers - Percentage increase/decrease - Trend visualization Searching Posts Use the Search By Post Title field to locate specific social posts. To search: 1. Enter a post title or keyword 2. Press Enter Matching posts will appear in the results section. Filtering by Media Source The Search By Media Source dropdown allows filtering posts by platform. Trend Analytics Popup Clicking analytics cards opens a detailed trend visualization popup. Examples include: - Instagram Followers Trends - Facebook Likes Trends - Instagram Following Trends Trend popups display: - Historical performance - Time-based growth tracking - Platform comparison - Interactive charts Expanding Trend Charts Inside the trend popup: 1. Click the expand icon 2. View the chart in expanded mode This provides a larger visualization for detailed analysis. Closing Trend Popups To close the analytics popup: 1.
