Overview

The View Reports page allows users to access, manage, duplicate, edit, and review all available performance reports.

Reports are grouped into:

  • System Template Reports

  • Custom User Reports

This section serves as the central hub for report management and quick access.


Accessing View Reports

Steps

  1. Navigate to Performance Reports

  2. Click View

The View Reports page opens.


Report Sections

The page is divided into multiple report groups.

Examples include:

  • LayerFive Template Reports

  • Organization Reports

  • Custom Reports


LayerFive Template Reports

Template Reports are predefined reports created by the system. These reports help users quickly analyze commonly used business and advertising metrics.

Available Template Reports

Examples include:

  • Klaviyo Report

  • LayerFive Report

  • TikTok Ads Report

  • Meta Ads Report

  • Google Ads Report

  • Shopify Report

Template Report Actions

Template reports support the following actions:

Action Description
View Open and review the report
Copy Create a duplicate version

Viewing a Report

To open a report:

  1. Click View

  2. The report opens with its configured metrics and visualizations

Users can then:

  • Analyze report data

  • Apply date filters

  • Review trends

  • Export data if enabled


Copying a Report

The Copy option creates a duplicate of the selected report.

This is useful for:

  • Creating report variations

  • Modifying templates

  • Building custom versions without changing the original report

Steps

  1. Click Copy

  2. A duplicate report configuration is created

  3. Modify the report as needed

  4. Save the copied report


Your Reports

Custom organization reports appear below the template section. These are reports created by users within the organization.

  • CAC, CPA, ROAS Reporting

Report Source Tags

Reports display connected source tags for quick identification.

  • Klaviyo


Custom Report Actions

Custom reports support additional management actions.

Available Actions

Action Description
View Open the report

Editing Reports

The Edit option allows users to modify:

  • Metrics

  • Sources

  • Dimensions

  • Attributes

  • Grouping

  • Report titles

  • Descriptions

Steps

  1. Click Edit

  2. Update report settings

  3. Save changes


Deleting Reports

The Delete option permanently removes a report.

Steps

  1. Click Delete

  2. Confirm deletion

  3. The report is removed from the report list

Important Notes

  • Deleted reports cannot be recovered

  • Template reports cannot be deleted

  • User permissions may restrict deletion access

  • Use descriptive report names

  • Add clear report descriptions

  • Avoid duplicate report naming

  • Organize reports by business function

  • Copy templates instead of recreating common reports
